Organic Cotton Rose Cushion

A hand printed rose cushion in shades or pink, red & burgundy. The cushion fabric is organic handwoven cotton, with piping around the edges. Co-ordinating items available.
 
They come filled with a natural british wool inner, with a 100% cotton cover. Wool filled cushions are better suited to allergy sufferers compared to feather as it is dust mite resistant as the environment is too dry for dust mites to breed. They also require less plumping and create a soft but supportive cushion. Wool is also naturally fire retardant without the use of chemicals making them a better choice and product for the environment as well.
 
Organic cotton means no harmful pesticides have been used and therefore farmers can grow food, cotton and keep animals. Input costs are lower and they receive more for their crop.
 
The fabric is also woven using GOTS certified organic cotton yarn, meaning no forced or child labour, no excessive hours, a minimum/living wage and an environmental policy that minimises waste.

Approximately 18 x 18". Cushion cover recommended max 30 degree wash, wool inner spot clean only. It is normal for some fading to occur after the first wash, this is just excess ink.
